Day 9 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 5:30 PM last night and had my first meal at 10:45 AM, a 17.25 hr IF, my longest so far. I ate a lot today, 2435 calories, was hungry throughout the day, though only mildly hungry when I had my 1st meal. Exercised for an hr: 10-min warm up on treadmill + 20 min elliptical (fairly hard effort) + 30 min weights for lower body, 15 sets of exercises in 30 min with no breaks between sets. Will be curious to weigh myself soon. I should also take measurements again sometime soon.
