Day 8 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

entry for Oct 2, 2013: Intended to take a catnap last night before walking with my son, but fell asleep for the night instead, so I write this entry for yesterday.

Stopped eating at 6:30 PM and started eating at 10:00 AM, 16 hr IF. Was mildly hungry when I started eating. I ate lots of fattening food, much more than normal, but am doing well staying away from excess sugar. Really feeling my weight training exercises from the day before, especially triceps and lats. I ate 2047 calories today, feel like I stuffed myself. I was super-motivated to workout, but had AM appointments, and my husband decided to go to our health club when I often go, so I had to stay home with the baby. They have babysitting at the club, but my son was sleeping and I decided not to wake him. (His schedule is a bit off lately.) By the time he woke and my husband got home, I was tired.
