I never did really hit a wall. hmmm, is it still coming?
Maybe it is because I've been getting to bed at 8 - 8:30pm? I lie down and just fall asleep in minutes. Then I sleep through the night. I live in a noisy neighbourhood, usually something wakes me up. Not these days though.

Today - omelette for breakfast, pink lemonade, dark chocolate pudding. I have a raspberry bar at work in case I'm starving. I'm away from home for 12 hours, that's a long time.
I run off to a meeting after work for a non-profit board. I'll just eat a can of tuna cold and bring celery to snack on during the meeting. I can do this :)
I've decided I won't put any expectations on the timeline, I'm just in this until I reach my goal.

Younger people in my office(20 somethings) keep insisting that all you need to do to lose weight is exercise more. I told them to tell me again in their 40s if they still feel that way. I have trained for and run two half marathons in the past. I didn't lose anything through all that. I'm toned and heart healthy, but still have the fat layers.

    I made it through! I'm on two non profit boards and both are all women. In my town the women do most of the volunteer work? Is it like that in your towns too? Why do you think that is?

    I asked a young man why he won't help me out with volunteering once, he told me he doesn't do anything unless he is paid. He is a born again Christian too. He will one day grow up and see joy is found in the giving freely of yourself to others.
