I never did really hit a wall. hmmm, is it still coming?
Maybe it is because I've been getting to bed at 8 - 8:30pm? I lie down and just fall asleep in minutes. Then I sleep through the night. I live in a noisy neighbourhood, usually something wakes me up. Not these days though.
Today - omelette for breakfast, pink lemonade, dark chocolate pudding. I have a raspberry bar at work in case I'm starving. I'm away from home for 12 hours, that's a long time.
I run off to a meeting after work for a non-profit board. I'll just eat a can of tuna cold and bring celery to snack on during the meeting. I can do this :)
I've decided I won't put any expectations on the timeline, I'm just in this until I reach my goal.
Younger people in my office(20 somethings) keep insisting that all you need to do to lose weight is exercise more. I told them to tell me again in their 40s if they still feel that way. I have trained for and run two half marathons in the past. I didn't lose anything through all that. I'm toned and heart healthy, but still have the fat layers.
