This is a long journey but it is worth it in the end. There are so much benefits to being healthy , we avoid diseases such as cancer, diabetes, pressurre which can be life threatening just to name a few. I also heard lol that it makes your sexual life better, it is good for temporary depression and the list goes on and on. My goals and intentions this month are:

1. To exercise at least 3x a week
2 To eat more fruits and vegetables
3. To start taking my vitamins, I occasionally forget especially when I am extra busy
4. To squeeze yoga in my workout somehow
5. To be positive
6. To work for my creator
