P.A.W.S.E. Week 2

Plan/Prepare: Meals are planned for the next week. For my work days I also have my snacks planned and prepared. I will finish week 3 of C25K, participate in team workouts days, and do at least 20 min of ST every other day.
Act: This last week I slipped up on my nutrition on 2 of the 7 days. It really made me feel like I was playing catch up on Monday and Tuesday. This week I am working toward no set backs!
Write: This week I was able to stick to my workouts 5 of 7 days. That is huge! I haven't been making myself put in the work this last month and it stopped this week. I will continue to tract every BLT!!
Setting a Goal: I will lose at least 1lb this week to help The Tenacious Jungle Tigers become #1!!
Execute: The plan is in place, my head is in the right place, and I am going to have a great week!!!
