Raw Foods Week 3!

So it has been up and down on the raw foods. Some days it is really hard to stick to and others it is really easy. I have been gaining the same 5 lbs and losing the same 5lbs which is a bit frustrating but I figure to keep trying and it will eventually (hopefully) go down haha. I haven't really jogged in a while it has been kind of difficult to get to it these days but I still bike to work everyday emoticon I was gonna do this thing for a month and it seems to be great on some days and others it kinda sux but I decided to keep at it through october and see if it gets any better. I still feel really great while eating more raw foods and biking to work can be fantastic but when I pick up my son some days (like today) it was a bit of drag with him kicking and screaming in the back because I woke him in the middle of his nap at daycare emoticon But anyway hope you are all doing well and it's my birthday tomorrow yeay! So I'm pretty excited emoticon Talk to you all later emoticon emoticon

    Yep, waking up a child from a nap is always a disaster for us mothers!
