Well, I mostly met my goals for yesterday. I forgot it was team trivia night, so I didn't get to bed as early as I hoped, but since I didn't work today it all worked out. I think my new workout schedule is going to work for me, even once I start (hopefully) working more regularly. I ended up running about 5 miles yesterday b/c I was able to go with a friend.

I did make it to the store yesterday and stocked up on some fresh produce. I'm looking forward to a healthy dinner tonight and an early bedtime. I just need to work on hydrating more, especially since it's been unseasonably warm here in upstate NY. I should do pretty well with my goals for today.

Goals for Tomorrow:
~drink 64+ oz water
~5K early run
~set SP daily goals
~eat consciously and track
~In bed by 10
