i haven't been writing my food down. I think I felt like I was doing a lot of work and not seeing a lot of progress. I have been inconsistent in my actions. I believe if I'm consistent I'll see better results.
It makes me wonder about the goals I've set for myself. If you have a fuzzy goal, like ones I've set, how you know when you're completed it?
In my life the things that have to get done, get done. Perhaps this is the attitude I need to bring my health goals.
