Day 4 on Ideal Protein

This morning I tried a new breakfast. I had the omelette the first three days.
Today I made a pancake. Mix one egg white with about 1/4 cup of water and any of the pudding packages. Fry with just a little bit of fat free, calorie free cooking spray.

I chose the strawberry pudding. It was so yummy I didn't miss the syrup. There is ideal protein syrup, I just haven't bought that yet. The ideal protein food has turned me off the idea of sweet anyway. I watched my fiance eat a butter tart last night and it was disgusting to me. I would usually not be able to watch him eat that without getting one myself, last night though he may as well have been eating worms. (you see there is a reason I gained fifty pounds since I started dating him, the past thirty since he moved in)

4:30pm - I feel good. I am a bit hungrier than the past three days but I know I'm headed home to a delicious nutricious dinner.



I was warned that today may be an energy crash because this is usually when bodies adjust from burning sugar for energy to burning fat for energy. So far I feel really good.
