Day 17

I asked the chiro again last night when he was going to let me start doing stretches and exercises and he is hesitant because when he stretched my lower back yesterday my sciatica flared up. He said all the nerves etc are still pretty inflamed so he thinks I need more time of rest, heat and gentle stretching. I'm behaving myself but it's hard. I do the walking when I can and that's the extent for now.

I'm feeling better overall since I started eating better so that's a great thing. I took a melatonin last night at 7:00 and by 7:50 I could barely keep my eyes open or my head up. I went to bed and I think I had fallen soundly asleep before 9:00. I woke up twice to use the bathroom but otherwise stayed asleep until my alarm went off. I'll take it a little later tonight. :)

I have my apple cider vinegar measured out and I'm going to go get some water and my breakfast ready. Today's lunch is a nice crunchy salad filled with veggies and with tuna as my protein. I'll say one thing for this ACV I think it is am amazing diuretic.
