So much healthy food so little time....

I've found out by using the nutrition tracker that I don't eat enough and it's made me aware that I must make time to eat to keep my metabolism up. So, I started to prep my meals and snacks to have them on hand through out my day. I get busy with my children and I don't sit to eat. By me prepping it forces me to take time to sit and eat. It's amazing how much food I can have and sometimes I can't eat all of it. I'm never hungry. I don't have cravings. I'm satisfied and I'm drinking lots of water. No diet drinks
