Not a Bad Day - Day 1

Today was very, very busy! I worked all day and then did the dental appointment for one of children immediately after work. So I was out of the house from 7 AM - 5:30 PM today. Then it was dinner, errands, and p/u from the middle school after the football game.

I did not get my workout in today. I think I'm going to go to bed early today and try to wake up early to run tomorrow morning.

Challenge Items:
1)Log - Done
2)Exercise - Not Done
3)Blog - Done

I am over calories, but I had a good day with what I got done that it's not worth beating myself up over it. Tomorrow is another day and I'm going to stay on track the rest of this evening by getting sleep and not eating.
