Day 7 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Down 3.6 lb in 7 days, which is huge for me. My weight stays within a 1.5 lb range and it is hard to budge. I stopped eating at 8 PM last night and ate my first meal at 11:30 AM, a 15.5 hr IF. I attribute the moderate hunger to eating fewer calories than usual yesterday, I have been going about 16 hrs, but today I was moderately hungry, so I ate a little earlier. (I am blowing my 14 hr goal out of the water!) For exercise today, I did 40 min Zumba, 20 min strength training (10 exercises) for upper body, no rest between sets, and a 3.3 1-hr walk. I ate 1845 calories. All is going well.
