Fast Day #1

Today is my first fasting day.
As I predicted it wasn't so bad in the morning (I usually have to force myself to eat in the mornings) ...
I ~slowly~ drank a protein shake at lunch.
And now as I await my freedom from work I'm getting pretty hungry. BUT it is fleeting, and if I can distract myself its really not unbearable.
Tonight I dine on eggs!
More progress to come, i'm going to give this 5:2 a solid month trial and see if I feel like its something I can sustain/ and see if it really works for me.
