I stepped on the scale this am and saw 134.7:) So we will call that my starting weight.
The goal is to get out of the 130's so 5 stubborn lbs stand in the way, but I am determined to make it happen this month!
3 zumba classes per week Tues, Thurs, Friday
2 ST workouts per week most likely kettlebells video
juice every morning
water, water, water
limit sugar intake
take multivitamin everyday
Wish me luck sparkies I have a halloween party to go to at the end of the month and I want to be in the 120's for it
