I went to the gym yesterday and I'm about to go now again. I did a free personal training session. I wish I had the money to hire one all the time. It was informative and surprisingly fun. My trainer has a great personality and was very motivating. I actually enjoyed the gym. And I feel it in my muscles today, so I know I worked hard.
I think I love strength training. I only did ten minutes of cardio as a warm up, then when right into strength. I'll do an hour cardio today though and strength train opposite muscles. I hope I can keep this up/
