slipping a little - pics to come!

Starting to slip a little. In an effort to get back on track, I'm planning to take photos of all my food (good, bad & ugly) and post them for a while. I need the accountability - TO MYSELF!
Yesterday, I allowed a hot fudge sundae which was fine, except that I had had a blizzard the day before, and then I had an oatmeal bar loaded with sugar.
My progress is good and I want to keep going.
SEPTEMBER IN REVIEW:
You can see my calendar above. I keep it on the wall and here is what I do. I record my workouts. I highlight a full day if I stayed within my calorie range AND ate according to my plan. I highlight a half day if I stayed within my range but it was not nutritious food. I leave it blank if the day was an epic fail - ha! Thankfully, those are getting farther and fewer in between. This is my attempt to blend food and exercise in to one plan mentally. I am a visual creature and this works for me to be able to see the scale moving down while I am doing both. It keeps me from focusing too heavily on just food or on just exercise.
What I notice is that I had mostly days of being in range, I had TWELVE days of what I consider my ideal day. I exercised FIFTEEN times. I pushed on all of those workouts.
I weigh in on Friday's and Monday's. Because that seems to be what works for me. My weight was going steadily down through the month. The first Monday was 184.2. The last Friday was 180.4
Gotta keep on going. Goal for this month is to see 175.
