OK, 2 months into this lifestyle change and I can see the difference. My clothes fit better, I feel better, and I yearn to be active. I know that October will bring on great improvements also!
1) I have consistently logged into SP and logged my food and exercise.
2) I consistently worked out each week meeting my minutes goal.
3) I ran 0.5 miles without stopping and also jogged/walked a full 3 miles!
4) I LOST 4 lbs!! May have been a little more, but due to a monthly visitor I did not step foot on the scale. LOL!
1) To continue to log into SP each day.
2) Meet workout minutes every week. Strive to accomplish 250 minutes a week. 1000 Minutes in the Month
3) Be able to run 0.75 miles without stopping on treadmill.
4) Lose 8 lbs.
5) Have fun at the Mud Run on the 12th!
