Clothes Deals

I have been having a great time shopping at JC Penney during their $10 off $25 coupon offer. They have marked down tons of clothes that I love for $2.99, including capri pants, shirts, etc. Not only that, I got an additional 25% off that price and then got to use a $10 off $25 coupon, so most items were only a little over $1 each, brand new and cheaper than the thrift stores!!! emoticon

I am thrilled especially about the capri pants (bought about 5 pairs) because although I have tons of them I can't wear them right now due to my abdominal surgery. It hurts to wear anything close to my incision and also I'm still dealing with abdominal swelling, which is frustrating.

I'm also in the south, so while it has turned a little cooler on certain days, we can wear capri pants/shorts for a longer period of time than those up north normally. I also got some sterling silver earrings (my daughter can only wear those since others break her ears out) marked down for dirt cheap for both my daughter and I and really have been so excited about the things I was able to get so cheaply.

I've also been using tons of coupons at grocery stores on sales items, which is my normal strategy to save lots of money

Definitely check them out right now as they are having big clearances of their spring/summer items and the coupon as well. I didn't even have to print out the coupon from their website as the cashiers had them at the check out and scanned them for me. It's good until I believe Oct. 2nd (the coupon).

I have not been to Penny's in awhile, but I sounds like I should check them out. I have bought their athletic clothing before and love them. Thanks for the tip.
