Day 6 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 8 PM last night and had first meal at 12:00 PM, a 16 hr IF. Mildly hungry when I began eating. Busy with an appointment and then caught up with mail and banking / investment tasks from 3-week vacation. Now need to catch up on work at my job. Better sleep last night. My only exercise was a 3.3 mi 1-hr walk. I ate 1420 calories. Been researching a lot of science around IF and many anecdotes of top trainers. Perhaps sometime I will expand on that --- the many thoughts behind IF and theories about why it works. All is well!
