Struggling on so Many levels

Am I really up to blogging today, no but I made a promise to myself and therefore I am trying to keep that promise. I am currently struggling w/ several family issues that I cannot share, but I will seek prayers from you. I took my car into the shop on Sat. to find out today that the transmission is gone and now I am car-less. Again I require prayers to work through this serious problem. I am really unsure of how to get another car w/o savings. I continue to walk and exercise every day which is a positive and at some points I am losing weight but in other aspects it can be discouraging. I generally try to write upbeat and positive blogs but today I honestly need extra support. My spark friends I know you will be there for me as well.

It's at moments like these that people are tempted to slip a little - but your walking and healthy eating is helping you to mentally face these struggles.

    emoticon Hugs to you, my friend. In hard times, we have to choose what is most important at that moment. Maybe now is a time for you to continue to take care of yourself by getting sleep, praying, eating healthy, spending time with family, and exercising, but not worrying about the scale. Too much to carry is too much to carry. You may have to let something go for now, knowing you can pick it back up later at a better time. I wish you all the best with your difficult struggles. Life can sometimes be immensely difficult. I am sorry you are going through one of those times right now.

    You have some obstacles in your way right now, but remember, these too shall pass. Car issues are huge problems, but maybe this will give you a chance to ask a co-worker for a lift and then that may create a great friendship. The family issues can be difficult as well. We have no idea, so good luck. I had to make the very hard decision last year to block all phone calls from my twin brother. He was extremely verbally abusive and it was having a toll on me emotionally. I struggle each day with that, but I know I had to do it. You and your families' mental and physical health are most important. Try to remember that!
