Leap Into Fall Challenge - Goals

Fitness Goals:
1. Cardio for 30 min 5x per week
2. Strength Training 4x per week

Nutrition Goals:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day
2. Track everything

Longterm Health & Fitness Goals:
1. Get to a healthy BMI
2. Have an active lifestyle
3. Feel strong & energetic

Non-Fitness Goals:
1. Write 3x per week
2. Read 3x per week (from my list of books)
3. Spend time on a language 1x per week
4. Clean, de-clutter, or work on a Condo project 5x per week

Longterm Non-Fitness Goals
1. Write a novel
2. Learn to code
3. Complete Condo Reorg

    @PLAINBANANA I'd like to write a Young Adult Fantasy Novel... I've signed up for an online course and for NaNo (though I'm a bit terrified about it), so we'll see how it goes. I want to at least start and see how I do.

    You should totally learn French sometime! There are some free online resources - just Google "free online French lessons". I was in French Immersion growing up, so I am wanting to spend time on it as a refresher, because I haven't used it for several years and I'm not as good as I used to be. But i know if I spend time on it it will come back. Also I learned Ancient Greek & Hebrew in my MA and I want to spend a bit of time on each so that it doesn't completely disappear.

    I love your non-fitness goals! I've been wanting to learn French for a long time now but never seem to make the time.

    What sort of novel would you like to write? I love reading, but since having babies I find less and less time for it.

    I love this - short, sweet, and with goals clearly identified. You also didn't keep your goals to just fitness and nutrition - you're working towards what you want your life to be like. Good for you!

    I set up my blog goals pretty much the same way, but I really like some of the goals you added. Mind if I "steal" them? Lol.
