Today I started T25...started with Alpha cardio I had to modify this workout a bit not because my endurance wasn't up there but because I had strained my calf muscle during JNL Fusion and I didn't pull back and let it today during T25 it hurt BAD! So I pushed through it and did a few minutes of the workout low impact...but really wanted to feel the burn so I kept on reving it up....after I was done I could barely walk up the stairs...not good . might have to start up next week and let this calf heal more high impact until it heals up....that will be tuff for me...I am such a push push type ... Oh well this to shall pass! So for now it will be longer low impact workouts until my calf is healed up and ready to push again!! But hey it just might be what my body needs anyway after pushing high intensity interval training workouts for 2 months!! I am still one busy gal but not as things caught up! Eating great today...yesterday was my cheat day...not so good! But today AWESOME!! you konw that saying...fall down 7...stand up 8? Yep did that
