Up a pound -- no excuses, I ate poorly this week.
My drinking (water) was good.
My exercise streak continues, with at least 15 minutes 6 days out of 7.
The sleep thing is going better.
Food was not good, I was over calorie range most days, usually not horribly, but really horrible a couple days. I didn't track several days.
I did get some knitting done mostly at an out of town meeting.
Next week --
Keep up with the water and cardio.
Work more on getting to bed earlier.
Stay within the nutritional ranges. This really needs a lot of work.
I hope we all have a good week, eating less and losing more...
