Day 182 - Ankle / Foot is Almost Better!

I took a walk with my husband after work and I was barely limping. I could still feel a slight pain in my foot and the inside of my ankle. I am hoping that tomorrow I can at least walk my mega 5 miles! I am not sure if I should jog on it if I still feel some pain.
I am now (amazingly) a half pound from my lowest weigh in! I gained 4 pounds after the sprain in my ankle / foot. I am very surprised and ecstatic that I lost 3.5 of those pounds! Now hopefully I will have a new loss by the end of this week....that is if I am back to my normal walking / jogging 5 plus miles again!
I don't have to work until Wednesday afternoon, so I have time for me to work out!
All weekend, I have been cleaning 4 client bedrooms of bed bugs and doing tons of laundry! It was exhausting! 14 hours one day and 10 hours the next day. I feel like I should clean my house like I did theirs! The house I work in is actually two homes butt up to each other with a single interior door separating the two. One side is the mirror image of the other side. It is an extremely long house, so much so that 13 round trips through the hallway equals one mile! I sort of feel like cleaning the other side...NOT!!! Maybe just one room that recently became vacated. The other room has been vacated over two years go and it is very clean. One client who lives on that side is such a minimalist and his room is very clean. The other client's room is filthy dirty. He is is dirty hoarder. He freaks out if something of his gets tossed!
So...I am thinking that when the weather is icky cold or rainy / snowy, I will be doing my fall / winter cleaning! By then I should know if I accidentally brought home any bed bugs. Eewww!
So, that is my plan in the future....
