This last week of September hasn't been my best, as far as healthiness is concerned. I hosted a mini birthday party for a friend, and there was fattening food and chocolate cake involved. And the weather has been nasty and that's put a damper on my going to the track. I thought that on my last weigh in of the month, I'd surely see a gain in weight. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had lost a quarter of a pound. It may not seem like much, but when you're expecting to have gained weight... Hey, it looked good to me! Lol So all in all for this past month, I've lost 7 pounds! Only 24 more to go until I reach my first mini goal! Here's to a healthy October!
