October Pantry Challenge - Inventory

I'm participating in a challenge where I use staples from my pantry to reduce my grocery budget. My goal is to not spend more than 50 a week during the month of October. Yikes wish me luck and any healthy meal suggestions based on the inventory are appreciated.

My Pantry Inventory -

1 Box of Quinoa
5 Boxes of Orzo
2.75 Boxes of Farfalle
1/2 bag of Brown Jasmine Rice
1 Box of Penne
1 Box of Long Grain Brown Rice
1 Canister of White Corn Grits
1 Canister of 10 Grain Oats
1 Bag of Farro
1 Bag of Wheat Berries
1 Bag of Steel Cut Oats
1 Bag of Rolled Oats

1 Box of Multigrain Baking and Pancake Mix

1 Carton of Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Carton of Vegetable Broth

1 Bag of Blue Corn Chips
2 Bags of Seaweed

5 single serve bags of trek mix

1 small can of Green Chiles
1 can of Wild Alaskan Salmon

2 jars of Chipotle Salsa
1 jar of Corn, Black Bean and Pepper Salsa
2 cans of Fire Roasted Tomatoes

2 cans of Kidney Beans
1 can each - Garbanzo, Black, White Kidney and Grilling Beans

1 Bag of Chia Seeds
1 2oz Bag of Pine Nuts
16oz Bag of Raisin Medley

5 Bags of Frozen Fruit - 1 Mango, 2 Strawberry, 1 Pineapple, 1 Blueberry

1 Bag of Fire Roasted Corn

1lb of Pork Shoulder Country Ribs

1 Carton of Almond Milk
