Day 4 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Another successful day! I stopped eating at 8:30 PM last night and had my first healthy meal at 12:45 PM, a 16.25 hr IF. I was mildly hungry but bouncing off the walls with energy. I feel great! My final hour of IF included a 3.3 mi walk. I got to the gym a little later and did 15 min brisk walking (1 mile) warm-up + 30 min of elliptical, max effort + strength training (upper body) 10 sets in 20 minutes with no rest between sets. After dinner, I took another 3.3 mi walk. Tomorrow I hope to get to the gym and do more cardio (30+ min) and weights (lower body 30 min) + swimming with my son. I can't wait to start yoga classes again on Monday. I ate NO junk food at all today, all healthy foods. I ate 1675 calories and burned 880 calories exercising. I am finding IF really easy and invigorating!
