Altho I didn't get up til real late it has been a good day.
Finally watched Grey's Anatomy. It was ok.Some sad happenings but that is life.
I wanted to make the pretzel/candy kisses desert and did today. I ended up making 3 versions of it. The original only uses 1 pretzel and I wanted more pretzel taste. They didn't firm up as much as I wanted so I have them in fridge to see if that helps. These would be nice for Christmas and nor near as much trouble as melting chocolate and dipping pretzels

Christmas Pretzels Recipe
Small Pretzels
Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)...
Top each pretzel with a Hershey’s Kiss, and place in a preheated 200ºF oven for 10 minutes. Remove and immediately press an m&m into the top of each kiss. Let cool completely

My desert rose plant has spouted a long seed pod. It had a small one that split and I got 4 seeds out of it. Bill will watch this one and get it when it starts to open. Then I will let all the seeds dry and put them in a pot and see what happens. I don't really know what I am doing so I am just guessing that I need to let them dry out.

Ok hope you are having a good weekend

Those pretzel/kisses look so delicious. I agree, like the 2 pretzels better as I really like pretzels. Love chocolate too but try not to go overboard with it.

    Hi Eleni.......
Your pretzels look very good. I copied your recipe and will plan to make it for Christmas when the girls are here to "HELP' me. Elizabeth will be a big help, but it could be real interesting with Nola........

I still love Grey's, but I hate to see Sandra Oh go. This will be her last season and it will be interesting to see how they let her character go. I always enjoyed her relationship with Meredith. Do you watch Scandal? It is right after Grey's. I don't miss it and tape it if we are going to be gone.

I am tired today. My cousin was here yesterday and what was supposed to be just a campfire party at their campsite last night turned into supper out and then back here for dessert. The rain came and changed our plans. They are a lot of fun, but now that we are older, we don't do as well the next day......

    Enjoy your Sunday.

The pretzel treats look good, but they sure can't be low calorie. I had to find something wrong with them.
