Back from vacation. Ready to jump back in to healthy eating. I didn't do to bad while on vacation but did chose to eat a few things that I don't normally eat. And they were delicious! While I was gone my new cookbook came in the mail. I have been wanting to make more vegetarian meals. I hadn't been very excited about the few meals I tried in the past. So, I bought Fix-it and Forget-it Vegetarian Cookbook. It combines my quest for vegetarian along with my need to have most of my food prep early in the day before I am too sore to want to cook. My husband was reading about Bill Clinton becoming a vegetarian and losing about 26 pounds, so he is on board with the vegetarian idea as well. Life is much easier when we both want to try something! Looking forward to trying something new.
Here is a photo from the last night of our vacation, we discovered Sunset Beach, which is really about 40 feet of rocky shoreline they designated as a park and added a few benches so people can watch the sunset. A wonderful idea. We all need to stop and enjoy the beauty in nature more often. I also added a few pictures of fall color from our drive home yesterday. I love fall!

As far as eating those "extras".....you enjoyed them, it was a vacation and now you are getting back on track sooooo everything is good. Have a fantastic Sunday and have fun with your new cookbook.
