Good for you! It's soooooo easy to get caught up in the "performance" aspect of excercising. However, the most important thing about exercise (along with just doing it!) is that it's enjoyable, and something you want to do again.

I know the feeling. I used to be so busy that every minute of the day was planned. I even scheduled time to relax - and would stress out if I couldn't relax. Now that I'm not working for a while, I sometimes feel like I've relaxed enough or that if I'm not working towards a goal at 100% I'm being lazy. Just have to look around more and find something special each time I'm out and about.
