5 pounds!

Since I blogged here five weeks ago I have lost 5 pounds. That is about one pound per week. This time around I am taking it slowly and trying to make a complete lifestyle change rather than to lose a bunch of weight in a short amount of time. Patience is a virtue --especially when it comes to losing weight!
