Working to get fit

"There is in every true woman's heart a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in; the broad daylight of prosperity; but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity." Washington Irving

I for some reason can not get myself back on the right track. I wake in the morning with good thoughts but end of day it is gone. I feel like I have let my body down. I must dig deep and get the old self back. In the latest Prevention book I am going to post a page on my mirror.
Trust Your Inner Voice
In the inevitable moments when life throws us a curve ball, we tend to scatter our energy without realizing it. We ruminate about the past, we lose sleep over the future, and we search for answers out there. ANYWHERE. Instead, tune in. Trust that you already have what you need inside yourself. The inner voice that has guided you through countless struggles in the past is always there for you. Slow down, listen, and have faith in your own inner wisdom.

Happy fall!!

I just loved your blog!! So inspiring. When I wake up after thanking God for my life with all its ups and downs, I get on Spark People and plan out my menu while I drink my coffee. It seems to help. Oh, and I drink sugar free Hills Bros. cappuccino. Do good and low calorie. God Bless you and keep at it. Love your picture also. emoticon
