Specific: I will cut out the daily sugar (cookies, candy, cake, etc.) These are the items that send me on an emotional roller coaster and seem to keep the weight around. I will add in more veggies. I already eat lots of fruit.
I will exercise hard 5 days a week with cardio and ST. The other two days I will do something light. I will walk, run, swim, ST, and I'm going to add some yoga and pilates this round.
Measurable: I actually took measurements this round. I want to continue to tone my body.
Attainable: I am still in maintenance mode so I know it is attainable.
Realistic: Increased muscle tone is very realistic.
Timely: Dec. 18 will be my check date.
