PAWSE - Week 1

We are starting this BLC with my birthday so of course I already had a challenge. I didn't think I was going to go out to dinner with my family but we did go and I chose salmon instead of pasta. I did share a piece of cake with my kids.
My biggest struggles this week, well every week will be my kid's schedules for games and practices. I have to make sure to have a plan for these crazy evenings even if it something simple like breakfast for dinner or sandwich night.
In order to get my regular activities for my family I need to get all of my exercise in by 10:30 am. This means on Monday and Thursday's especially I will need to stay focused and probably get up early to do our scheduled challenges.
I'm also going to create a regular cleaning schedule so I rotate what gets done on a weekly basis. Hopefully the house will remain a little cleaner this way.
