This has been possibly the most frustrating stretch of the journey so far. At least when I was gaining, I knew why I was gaining. I was eating poorly, not exercising, and not tracking anything. Now though I have been tracking everything, keeping to the minimum range of calories, exercising regularly and I can't get out of the 240s. It seemed like when I got in my groove, the weight came off regularly, and at a steady pace. Now, it's all over the place and 240 seems to be a wall I can't climb over. I guess I have to just keep swimming, stick to the plan, and try not to get too down. Harumph.
