Why a Blog on Intermittent Fasting?

I have decided to blog about my experiences with intermittent fasting (IF) for at least 30 days. IF has many reputed benefits and introductory info can be found on the practice on the internet or in books. This blog will share my personal experiences as I fast for an average of 14 or more continuous hrs per day and eat within 10 or fewer hrs per day. IF is not a "diet." IF is an eating pattern where all calories are eaten within a shortened window of time each day. I have done IF on and off but am just now blogging about it. I just got back from a long vacation to Alaska yesterday. This effected my eating and exercise patterns somewhat, but I am now back home in my normal environment. I am interested in hearing of other people's IF experiences as well.
