P.A.W.S.E Week 1

Plan/Prepare: I have been working on this for the past week. The food is bought and ready to go in the fridge and pantry! Woohoo! It's going to be a great week. I have meals and exercise planned.
Act: I have been logging everything for the last week and stayed on track/under cal. I will continue throughout this challenge
Write: I have been preping for BLC challenge 23 since our last challenge ended. I will be starting C25k on Friday and ST will be done on opposite days of this.
Setting a Goal: My goal is to lose at least 1 pound every week of the challenge! In order to do this I have goals to stay within my calorie range and to have at least 300 minutes of intentional exercise a week.
Execute: My plan is already in process as I type. I am on track for being with in my calories range for the day. Workout will be done this evening.
