Happy Hump Day 9/25/2013

Wednesday, September 25, 2013

Today is a gorgeous day here in my part of Indiana. Have my walking done and part of house cleaning. Got up w/ hubby and stayed up. His schedule has changed so no reason to go back to bed. May as well stay up & get moving. 5am is not so bad.

Lil disappointed that my scales have gone "UP"1.5 lbs. I have really been watching & tracking everything going in my mouth and logging it. But, I have also increased my wall pushups, & arm weights so maybe that has something to do with it. Eventually, it WILL come off. I am determined!!

Right now I have some NO SUGAR Apple Sauce cooking in the crock pot. It smells sooooo good. I snitched some for breakfast. It was delish!!!

Today I am picking the kids up from school and we are going to .... DA POOL!!! YEAH!!! The kids start USA club swimming again on Mon. We are so excited!!! We had to take last season off because of my illness. But, I am doing so much better. I missed it as much as they did. We are just water people! I want to start water walking again. But, I need to walk the dog also and I know My neighbor won't go. Maybe I can try to talk her into it .... maybe........

Following are my weekly goals for my 100+ group to help keep me motivated and to remember.

MONDAY - Take at least 30 minutes of "me" time today to spend doing something you love.

TUESDAY - Walk for at least 1 mile today.

WEDNESDAY - Do at least 3 upper body strengthening exercises today.

THURSDAY - Eat clean today - no processed foods.

FRIDAY - Open your nest egg and share how much you've "earned" for the month.

Weekly Streak Challenge - Eat at least 5 servings of freggies everyday for at least 5 days this week.
