Did you realize this applies to nearly EVERYTHING?!?!?
Like, you have junk food on the countertops. It's there, so you must conquer it. You put it away, maybe even behind things in the pantry, and you can more easily put it out of your mind.
Goals. Let's say you don't have any. Gee, it's easy enough to get swirled away in the regular tasks of living day to day. But if you put them out there to see, you will be more willing to pay attention to them and take care of them.
Last week I didn't set a goal. And I didn't do a thing to help myself get healthy. It was a gift of a week that I ultimately just spat on. That wasn't very nice of me.
So this week the goal is to track my food. I am doing this through my phone's app, and I am letting you know on my home page whether I've done it or not. And I'm also saying whether I stayed within or went over in my calorie goal.
Gotta set those goals and keep them in sight so they stay IN MIND!!!
