I hope you are all doing well and reaching your goals. I wish I could say I am reaching my goals. I still have 15 pounds to get back to me pre-pregnancy weight. I am setting a goal for tomorrow to get on the elliptical for at least 15 minutes. I think if I just do it, it will get easier. Here is a bit of depressing news... I haven't exercised since Lydia was born besides walking. Keep me accountable!
Otherwise we are doing really well. Lydia is such a sweetheart. She is so happy and smiley all the time. She really loves food. Some of her favorites are blueberries, peaches, cheese, yogurt, bananas, chicken, baby puffs, green beans, squash, Kashi blueberry waffles, peas, eggs... She likes to eat!
I am doing well with my eating but without exercise I am not going to drop this weight. I can DO this!
