S.M.A.R.T Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, relevant, Time-Bound)
#1 I will track my food choices. All the good, bad and ugly choices will be logged. Weight loss is greatly effected by what you fuel your body with. I log on My Fitness Pal... The app just works so much better!
#2 I will do my best at All daily and weekend challenges. The challenges always help me to refocus on the important things on this journey. I am ready for this challenge!
#3 Workouts above the daily challenges are a must. I will be starting C25K on Friday 9/27. Really looking forward to this. I have a love for running and have been away from it for far too long.
#4 My Goal is to lose 15 lbs and advance to using my 8 lb weights by the end of these 12 weeks.
#5 I am going to make this 12 weeks about me. It's time for me to put myself and my goals first!
#6 This 12 weeks I will stay consistent and a positive driving force in the jungle. I will post 5 times a week or more. Last challenge I got lost and had to be tracked down. This challenge I will remain focused throughout the challenge!!
