Consistency is a challenge for many of us, myself included. I'm not fit enough to walk three miles at one stretch, so I try sneak in extra steps by doing little cheats like to park at the far end of the lot when I go to the store, or take the stairs instead of the elevator at work since it's only a couple of flights. So on days when you can get out for a regular walk, maybe sneak in some of the cheat opportunities to at least get some extra steps in. I'm hoping soon I'll be able to conquer a mile or two at one time. Be proud of the miles you have walked. It's an accomplishment. 1674 days ago
