Yesterday I went on a shorter walk. I was in a hurry for work reasons and as a result my speed was great. In fact, I managed to get 2 miles done in record time and I even did a few small stretches of jogging. I never jog and I hadn't planned to, but for the first time I just felt inspired to do it. I'll consider that a positive.
