BLC 23 Goals

Okay I put it off long enough trying to come up with "perfect" goals. To quote a song by Peter, Paul and Mary "when will I ever learn?". So here are my imperfect but WRITTEN DOWN goals!

1. Lose 20 pounds during BLC23.

2. Exercise minimum of 5 days per week during BLC23.

3. Track food using MyFItnessPal DAILY during BLC23.

That's it for now. Something is better than nothing and whether I think those are perfect goals or not they are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable and Tangible. Of course, those may not be the right words for "SMART" goals either but they fit!

So now I have goals - it's a step in the right direction!
