continuing (and oil pulling)

This morning was an egg scramble with onion, sausage, pepperjack cheese
Lunch will be Spaghetti Squash with Spaghetti Sauce
Planning my grocery list for the next few days. I try to make things that line up with what I am choosing to eat but also that my family will enjoy. Here is what I am thinking for the next few days.
Chili (for them they will have frito chili pie, I just want plain ole chili)
Pot Roast with cabbage, potatoes, carrots
Pork Chops with Asparagus & wild rice
Feeling pretty good today. I worked really hard at my training group last night. I'm really enjoying the balance of the food I'm eating with the exercise plan that I have just sort of fallen into.
Had a short walk this morning.
Still doing the coconut oil pulling in the mornings. Curious as to if that will have any effect on my next dental visit. Just an interesting side note; every time I do the oil pulling my skin feels "juicy" or soft and plump on my face and arms. It's strange. How could that affect the outside of my skin?
