Week 4

Been going strong with the new partner. Gained back at least 5 pounds. I have met my goal of ten pull ups about two months ago. My trainer challenged me to get ten back in 2006. He moved to N.M. and I took a break but I started again about 6 months ago and finally broke that plateau. It felt great to get it done and now he owes my dinner. I have to go and collect. Maybe in 2009.

    congrats on getting to the 10 pullups! i wouldn't be able to do one! lmao you should get that dinner alot sooner.. NM is GORGEOUS! :)
