Oh I so needed this! Got on the scale when I woke up today and....

I'm down 3.5 LBS!!!!!!!!

I'm sure I most of that was water retention that I peed out, but I'll take it! I mean my weight basically increased by about 8lbs in the past 2-3weeks... which was soooo depressing, and I was hoping that it wasn't all pure fat.

Still eating well. Have been in calorie range for 2 days now. Working on meeting activity goals with BodyMedia Fit.

Anyway, to see a scale change like this is extra motivating right now.

Now to go work the night shift.

    it is good to see the scale going down, i have been debating on doing a more
    rtegimented ecercise routine to help kickstart my results. but a loss in lbs is goot to see. emoticon

    It's a mental head game when the scale doesn't budge, so I'm glad it did! Congrats. :)
