Ugh another Monday

Today I'm looking for some support in staying motivated. Went to bed Sunday night very unsettled.
Woke up this morning not very focused. Tried talking my self out of walking. Sat for 15 minutes thinking of every reason why I shouldn't get out the door an walk. Finally decided just do it, do not think about. I ended up walking 1 mile
However once home I'm still unsettled. I know by tonight I will regret now staying on track. However I can only think what could I eat. Oreos, strudel that's on the counter. Something good to eat to complete this pity party
Anybody have any ideas how to get over this slump.
