I'm at it again. Trying to lose weight. I just got my first place of my own here in California on September 1st. I don't have room to do major weight loss dvds such as Biggest Loser or Beachbody dvds...I did go shopping at Walgreens a few days ago and lo and behold, I found a Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds dvd....her dvd I know i can definitely do in my studio place.

I now weigh 194 Ibs. My goal weight by January 1, 2014 is to be 182 Ibs.

For this week starting Monday which is today my goals for this week are to:
-track my water intake...not necessarily do 8 8 oz h20 everyday but to take note of how much water i drink
-Do Leslie Sansone's 5 Really Big miles dvd....I'm not sure how i'm goin to do this quite yet...if I'll be doing 5 straight miles or what per day...OR build myself up to it...
-I'm also starting the slimfast program as well all starting today..
